The Communication Workers Union (CWU) is the second biggest communications union in Europe and has over 265,000 members in the UK. The traditional area of membership is centered around Royal Mail, and BT but in Northern Ireland, within the call centre industry we are currently organising and supporting members in companies such as Alliance & Leicester, Teletech, Gem, Firstsource, Stream International, Tech Mahindra, Teleperformance, HCL etc. Our members' expertise include engineering, computing, clerical, mechanical, driving.
