Global Solidarity Summer Schools

Photo: John Chaney.We have organised a number of summer schools on a variety of global solidarity themes with some excellent speakers from both home and abroad.
- In August 2009 the Global Solidarity Summer School in Waterford attracted 70 trade unionists from the north and south of Ireland. Read more here.
- In August 2010 we organised a Global Solidarity Forum in Dublin. 57 trade unionists attended this much appreciated event. Read more here.
- The 2011 Global Solidarity Summer School took place on 2nd & 3rd September in Galway, the theme of which was Climate Change and Decent Work. A video clip of the keynote address is available for viewing below. Full report here
