Making the Workplace Safe for Whistleblowing
The Transparency International Integrity at Work programme has been developed to assist employers comply with the Protected Disclosures Act (PDA) 2014 and foster workplaces where people feel safe to speak up about wrongdoing.

Stephanie Casey is Programme Manager of the Integrity at Work (IAW) Programme at Transparency International Ireland. IAW is a not-for-profit initiative developed to assist employers from all sectors to comply with the Protected Disclosures Act (2014) and to foster workplaces where people feel safe to speak up about concerns of wrongdoing. Stephanie will outline the mission and work of Transparency International Ireland and detail the support provided to both employers and workers through the IAW initiative, the Speak Up Helpline and the Transparency Legal Advice Centre.
