Aims
- To identify how women can have a voice and reinforce the power to change things
- To help women grow in confidence and fulfill their potential
- To share the experience of women who have exercised leadership and have contributed to the advance of the equality in different environments.
- To encourage more women, from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, into leadership roles especially within their trade union
- To inspire the creation of networks for exchange of knowledge and experiences
Who should attend?
Participants should be members of the ETUC Women’s Committee and women with a leadership position in their trade union at national, regional or sectorial level.
Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 25 March in the afternoon and to leave on Thursday 29 March 2012 after lunch.
