200 delegates gathered in Mullingar for our 2016 Women's Conference 3rd and 4th March 2016. 

Themed 100 years of struggle, delegates debated a wide range of motions and heard from guest speakers on the history of women's struggles. Full agenda and report for conference available here

Patricia King opened the conference with an input on how far we have come on gender equality and the remaining challenges facing us as a society, workplaces and as a trade union movement. Summary here
