President Higgins addresses audience at He for She / Safe Ireland reception in Aras an Uachtaran
Leaders from a number of national organisations, including Congress, attended a reception in support of the He for She and Safe Ireland's Man Up campaigns hosted by President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins on 11 March in Aras an Uachtaran.
