Online Learning - Dealing with Discrimination at Work

Congress has developed an online equality course that we hope trade union members may take some time to pilot and feedback to us - there is an evaluation form included on the course and we would request that you fill this in.

Please go to the link below to register and request enrolment before Thursday 22nd December. You can then work away at your leisure but we would please ask that you complete the course (It will take 1 to 2 hours in total) and provide the feedback by Friday 13th January

Congress has developed an online module entitled Dealing with Discrimination in the Workplace as part of an Equality in the Workplace course. This introductory module is available on

We would like you to pilot this module and give us your feedback. To access the module please complete the following steps

1. Go to this link
2. On the top right hand corner you will see a log in tab. In order to log in you need to be registered on the site. To register you need to click on the Create a new account and complete the registration details. Please note that some details required relate to teacher numbers/school details - simply write in non applicable or 1234567 where a number is required to over-ride the requirements
3. Once you complete this you will be sent an e mail requesting you confirm your registration - click on the link provided in this e mail.
4. Once confirmed please e mail Kim at [email protected] and indicate that you are part of the Equality Pilot Group and ask to be transferred onto the course. Kim will enrol you on the course and send you an e mail to confirm this.
