Gender Pay Gap

"Tackling the Gender Pay Gap requires an all of society approach to dealing with these issues. Our system of work has been designed predominantly by men for men and unsurprisingly produces a gendered outcome. The reality is that if we are to achieve real gender equality including elimination of the gender pay gap, the system needs to be redesigned to take into account the differential impact on men and women. Our submission will outline some of the steps that can be taken in this regard."
