General aim:
-Identify how to create solidarity despite inequalities
Specific aims:
-To describe the impact of the national labour law reforms on rising inequalities in different countries in Europe
-To compare actual countries situations in terms of inequalities when access the labour markets
-To identify the main challenges, good practices and future policies for the trade unions facing rising inequalities
-To design common trade union actions to tackle inequalities

Who should attend?
Trade union officers from national, regional or sectorial level in charge of employment, collective bargaining and/or social protection/policies issues.
