Labour Court training

Participants from 7 Congress-affiliated unions have completed a three-day course on how to take Employment Law (Termination of Employment)  cases through the WRC and Labour Court. Delivered by former Labour Court Chair Kevin Duffy and by Michael Halpenny, barrister and former legal expert with SIPTU, the course included a mock hearing before a full division of the Labour Court.
