These risks are preventable however and can be addressed through action by Government, state agencies and employers working with trade unions.  In this conference, key-note speakers will focus on the psychosocial working environment, highlighting how the way work is designed, organised and managed can affect workers’ safety, health and organisational performance and what we can do to ensure that workers mental health is prioritised.

Speakers include: Professor Rory O’Neill, Dr Richard Wynne, Dr Elizabeth Barrett and ICTU President and INMO General Secretary, Phil Ní Sheaghdha.

Attendance is free but numbers are limited and must be booked in advance with [email protected]
