This Congress paper is a direct response to the very one-sided narrative from many business groups that are complaining about the additional costs of doing business - code for challenging the modest but necessary labour market reforms which the government are in the process of implementing.
This paper attempts to assert the facts and is supported by data as opposed to the rhetoric and in some instances fiction, we are hearing from a number of business bodies.
